Rubyred Recruitment collects all personal information about you to help in the recruitment process. This information consists of details such as your name, address, e-mail address, work and education history, reference details and your responses to and the results of assessments administered through the site, polls or research you have entered for us to offer you a better and more informed service. By law we are required to collect details of your nationality. We will also take details of your passport and driving license when you meet us for interview.

How do you remove your name from the database?
Under the Employment Agencies Act, the partners of Rubyred Recruitment are obliged to hold your data for 12 months after it was last used. After 12 months of non-usage we will contact you and ask you if you want to keep your details on our database. If you do not contact us to state that you wish your details to be retained on our database, we will archive your details securely.
