Recent research has provided very surprising results that many candidates rate appearance and dress as the LEAST important factor in a successful interview!  

With the abundance of candidates applying for each position it's no longer good enough to rely on your interview 'talk' to secure you the position -the factor candidates thought was the MOST important factor in a successful interview. If you don't dress to impress then when you first walk into the interview room and meet your prospective employer, the lasting impression that will linger for the rest of the meeting could be that of... 'if you can’t make an effort for such an important meeting, what does that say about your work ethic in general?' 

While interaction and finding common ground with your interviewer, showing your compatibility and skill set is an extremely important aspect of any interview, dress code needs equal attention and must not be forgotten.

We're recruiting...Publishing based Editorial, Graphic Design and Production, roles based in Bath.
