Twins aim to recruit success... (Bristol Evening Post, Business Section 19.10.07)
 A NEW recruitment firm has been set up by Twin sisters in Yate. Rubyred Recruitment, based in Yate, has been set up as a partnership by Anna-Mari and Sarah-Jane Phillips. The identical twin sisters have 7 years of local recruitment experience placing candidates within both smaller creative agencies and large blue chip companies. Anna-Mari and Sarah-Jane have combined both their recruitment experience and direct knowledge of working within PR and Marketing. "I've been a marketing project Manager and have worked in a busy and demanding PR agency and have also been a recruiter myself, so understand through my experience in this industry, exactly what our clients are looking for," said Sarah-Jane. "Our clients pick up the telephone knowing that there is a professional there who understands the job description, has direct experience of their industry and can relate top the candidate's skills to ensure a perfect match," said Anna-Mari.
