Job Title: Account Manager - Digital Agency
Salary: Circa £28,000 p/a
Location: Bath Centre
Job Description: Details: Our client is a small but very well established, professional, expanding digital marketing agency based in the centre of Bath. They have an extremely enviable list of clients and principally you will be working with clients operating within the alcohol and beverage sector. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager within the Digital Marketing Arena to help facilitate and plan campaigns within a client facing role. You will spend the majority of your working week 2- 3 days managing 1-2 large key client accounts. The rest of the week you will manage smaller and new projects. Working closely with the Studio Manager, MD, and team of talented designers and developers, your main responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities will include: Taking and responding to client briefs. You'll be a facilitiator and the middle person between the client and the busy studio. You'll have experience of working with large client accounts. Building a trustworthy, professional and friendly relationship with your clients. Attending client meetings in London (circa 3 days per month). You'll be happy and able to work under pressure and to short deadlines, keeping clients abreast of developments and managing expectations. This a new role so you will be required to implement processes to co-ordinate the studio team to enable delivery of projects. You'll have 'best practices' and experience that you can bring to the company to ensure all projects are run efficiently. You'll have a strong financial understanding of Account Management and will be happy to manage client budgets effectively. You'll have experience of producing and presenting post campaign analysis, reports and further recommendations. You'll have solid presentation skills and the ability to influence and guide clients with their digital investment and be an advocate of digital capabilities across the agency. You'll have a strong understanding and experience in the digital space along with sound grounding in marketing, advertIsing, communication trends and principles. You'll have excellent client management skills with proven experience at managing clients at all levels. You'll have first class communication, numeracy and literacy skills and be a stickler for detail. A detailed knowledge of the digital production process is essential, though you are not expected to know the technicalities of how you make things work - this is where their talented technical team come into their own! You will have the ability to demonstrate creativity, innovation and big ideas. Knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, XML would be great for those quick amends and jobs that might need doing. This however is not essential.
This is a pure Account Management role within a fantastic, very friendly and hardworking digital agency.
