Location: Yate, Bristol
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well established and innovative financial company in Yate. As Company Administrator, you will work within a small and close knit team. This is a really important role and all your hard work and dedication WILL be valued.
Job Description: You'll work closely with the Administration manager to undertake a variety of tasks. Your main responsibility will be to build and maintain an effective database of new and prospective clients to allow the sales team to be on the telephone and do what they do best! You'll respond to customer requests for information via the website, sending out mail shots, letters and emails. You'll support the MD in his administration requirements. This is a brand new role for the company and is a great opportunity for someone wanting to start their career within administration and sales support. You'll be extremely organised, be very self motivated and able to work on your own initiative. You'll be confident with Microsoft word and excell and outlook. You'll receive training and on going support with unfamiliar areas of the job e.g. internal database and systems. Experience: Ideally you will have office based experience perhaps you have worked within a customer service, administration or reception role and are looking to develop your skills further. Perhaps you are looking for a change in company and want to be valued and work within a small established company.
