Job Title: Property Sales Executive

Salary: £17 - 18,000 + Commission 

Location: Bath City Centre

Requirements: Previous lettings and property sales experience extremely desirable. 

Job Description:  Our client is a lettings and property sales specialist based in the centre of Bath. Due to growth and success, they are looking for a candidate to join the team as property sales executive. Your excellent and proven sales, communication and organisation skills along with experience of working within property will mean you'll be able to successfully manage and sell their portfolio of properties and help grow the business further and in turn develop this portfolio. You'll have a driving license and have access to a pool car. You'll know the Bath area very well. You'll work closely with clients and colleagues over the telephone and face to face. You'll want to work within a friendly, fun, dedicated and hard working office. You'll be self motivated, target orientated and enjoy developing relationships with customers.
