Our client is quite simply one of the best recruiters in Bristol.
They are on the hunt for a super star PA to join the Commercials and Branded content team. The Commercials department produces television commercials, TV trailers & idents, sponsorship credits, short films and anything else commissioned by an advertising agency, brand or marketing department of a TV channel.
This role supports the Head of Department, (a very senior member of the company) in all matters to do with company strategy, new business & department management. The post also takes full responsibility for the coordination of the administrative function within the department as a whole. A high level of confidentiality and diplomacy is required at all times.
The successful candidate MUST be able to demonstrate good previous experience as a Personal Assistant with external/client facing experience and events management preferably within the media or advertising industry, coupled with exemplary communication skills, confidence and effectiveness in their ability to act on own initiative and exceptional organisational skills.
You’ll be heavily involved in PR, sales reporting, organising events, tours of the company, pulling together material for pitches and presentations, organising feelance staff, first point of call for clients – this is a busy and demanding role but incredibly rewarding as you are involved in some exciting stuff!
The ability to remain focussed, calm and effective under pressure is a must. As you would expect strong IT skills in terms of word processing, letter composition, and database/ spreadsheet experience is essential. If you are fluent with Photoshop then that would be advantageous.

This is a full time permanent position with working hours of 9.30am – 6pm (37.5hrs per week).
