The story so far...
...Ultimately we wanted to create a recruitment agency that mirrors the clients we work with, so that we are not only attracting talented candidates and fully understanding our clients needs, but also offering a specialist, consultative and cost effective service. Rubyred Recruitment has been set up by Anna-Mari and Sarah-Jane, we’re identical twin sisters and are very close not in only in the way we look (!) but our outlook on life - especially work. We both have strong backgrounds in recruitment and have direct experience working within the creative sector. We are very results driven, dedicated and extremely hard working. It is compulsory that we have fun at work, even when we have a million deadlines to meet! We want to offer a little sparkle and shine not only to our office but to yours too!
Therefore, the company identity needed to reflect these core values. We sat down with our friends and family including Katey Jones who also happens to be our fantastic graphic designer to help establish our brand. We agreed on the following buzz words: Passion, Sparkle, Cutting Edge, Creative, Stylish, Dedicated, Partners, To The Point, Rock Solid, Asset, Depth, Solid and Reliable, Approachable, Bright and Fun. After several hours of scribble, brain storming and numerous cups of tea, the name Rubyred was agreed. At that point, there was no stopping us…out came all the puns…including Gem of a Job! Look out for the others in the near future and if you have any sparkling ideas let us know. Rubyred Rocks!
